OF NOVEMBER 15th, 2023
ON CONDUCTING THE INTERNSHIP (PRACTICAL TRAINING) FOR THE GRADUADES OF THE DENTAL PROGRAM CONDUCTED IN ENGLISH,  SPECIFIED IN ARTICLE 15P. (1) (2) OF THE ACT ON THE PROFESSIONS OF PHYSICIAN AND DENTIST AND SOME OTHER ACTS OF LAW  (UNIFIED TEXT, JURNAL OF LAWS 2023, ITEM 1516)

hereinafter referred to as the “internship”

 Dear Graduates,

Medical University of Silesia kindly informs that:

1. Additional recruitment to the 5^th edition of the internship (February – July 2024) will start on November 15th, 2023 and finish on November 30th, 2023. The deadlines for application for further editions of the internship will be provided in a separate announcement.
2. Applications shall be submitted electronically via the form available at https://sf.sum.edu.pl/application-for-an-internship-wniosek-o-odbycie-stazu
3. In the 5th edition of the internship the maximum number of participants is 4. The order in which applications are sent and the date of graduation decide about admission. Confirmation of qualification will be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided in the form.
4. The condition for commencing the internship is concluding an agreement with the Medical University of Silesia, submitting the necessary documents to the Faculty
   of Medical Sciences in Zabrze and making the payment due for participation
   in the internship.
5. The coordinator of the internship is Aleksandra Nitecka-Buchta MD, PhD.
   The above-mentioned Coordinator will inform the trainees about the start date of the internship and its detailed schedule.
